£6+vat delivery is for UK mainland only, it does not apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and all offshore Isles. 

Orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. When you make an online order, it has to be process through a third party fraud protection system, to check your card payment is not fraudulent.  We will make every effort to contact you and notify you of any delay in processing your order if an item is found not to be in stock or you payment has been rejected.

European orders:
All European orders can be processed via our website directly and payment made via PayPay acccount or PayPal credit/debit card processing system. When at the checkout, you can select your country for delivery. The cost of delivery is worked out automatically using a weight and volume calculation system.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customers' responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. It is essential to arrange to have your order delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it.
(Free Delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and all offshore Islands except the Isle of Wight). 
Orders received by 1pm will usually be despatched the same day, provided that goods are in stock. We will make every effort to contact you and notify you of any delay in processing your order if an item is found not to be in stock. You will receive email notification when your order is received and you will also be sent notification when your goods are despatched. 
Delivery Service
The delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day service, meaning orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-2 working days and orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following week. Please note that although this service is generally reliable IT IS NOT GUARANTEED and no delivery time is stipulated***. A next day by noon service is available at extra cost please email us for details this service is not available in any exception zone area.
All our services are trackable and if you call us then we will be happy to supply you with tracking details of your parcel. A signature will be required as a proof of receipt of goods. We will accept special instructions to leave with a neighbour if you think you might not be in, this must be arranged and added to your order notes when placing your order.

Can I have my order Delivered on Saturday?
We do not do Saturday Deliveries - Our usually delivery service is Monday - Friday (Our couriers can deliver on a Saturday, but it is a premium service at extra cost, and not quite as reliable.

Please note some UK destinations are too remote to receive an 1-2 day service from Parcelforce. Please check to see whether your postcode is able to receive deliveries before placing an order and paying for this service.

A signature will be required as a proof of receipt of goods.

2) No deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and bank holidays.
3) A  next day before noon or weekend delivery will incur a surcharge and must be arranged by phone. We can arrange a guaranteed timed service for delivery before noon, except in exception areas. 

Out of Stock Items
All products with an add to cart button on this site are usually in stock items and available for online order or collection. If upon receipt of your order a product is found to be out of stock, we will attempt to inform you immediately as to the next possible delivery date.  If you are planning to collect then we advise that you phone in advance to ensure items are in stock.  

Delivery Terms and Conditions
We contract a Third Party for deliveries, although we endevour to achieve our 1-2 day delivery service we cannot be held responsable for hub depot break downs, vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions acts of malicious or terrorist incidents or any unforseen occurences that delay or curtail your delivery. (Please order in plenty of time for vital deliveries) accidents do happen rarely. Our Third party Deliveries are contracted only to deliver to customers threshold (door) not to where the customer may want goods put. Any order refused because driver will not carry item to a specific area other than threshold will not be accepted and will be liable for return postage  and incur a £25 administration fee as the delivery company has fulfilled their contract you have broken yours by not accepting delivery. Any parcel delivered that in your opinion appears damaged parcel must be signed for as damaged, do not sign parcels as unchecked no claims for damages can be claimed at later date. Please report any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt, any items to be returned we must be informed of within 14 working days from day of delivery in writing no exceptions. (You must check your delivery within 48 hours) 

Returning Goods

All returns are at the customers expense - This includes wrongly ordered goods. A sample service is available if you are unsure of any items, please request a sample before ordering to save time and expense. 
All returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We are unable to refund carriage charges due to incurred costs as soon as the goods are dispatched from our store.
Where items are being returned we insist that they are returned unopened and unused and in their own original packaging. Please make sure you get a receipt from the post office or delivery service when you return an item in case of damage or loss.
